Abdication to AI: Leadership AI Literacy as the Difference Between Governing and Being Governed by AI
The remedy is not to delegate the details to AI specialists but to develop AI literacy in leaders themselves, the difference between an organization that governs its AI and one that is unknowingly governed by it.
