Data-Driven Pinball-Loss Selection for Vertically Distributed Elastic-Net SVMs

A data-driven elastic-net support vector machine is proposed that learns simplex-constrained weights over candidate pinball losses while retaining one classifier, and a column-partitioned variable-splitting solver is developed.
