Inheritance of the epigenetic signature and reduced intermuscular bone phenotype acquired via DNA methylation editing of the runx2 b promoter in zebrafish.
The results showed that higher runx2 b promoter methylation patterns significantly inhibited eGFP mRNA expression levels in the recombinant plasmid, and this approach provides a theoretical foundation and technical support for improving fish economic traits.
