Refined Mapping of Endothelial Cells, Brain Pericytes and Astrocytes Proteomes via Subcellular Fractionation and DDA Mass Spectrometry

An integrative proteomic analysis of endothelial cells, pericytes, and astrocytes—the three main cell types orchestrating vascular and cerebral metabolism and functions—is presented, using whole-cell lysates and subcellular fractionation combined with data-dependent acquisition mass spectrometry.
