RISING STAR ABSTRACTS Beyond Ensemble Measurements: Resolving Antigen Binding and Conformational Heterogeneity in Multispecific Antibodies

These findings reveal that the RSV F antigen recognizes both the wild-type and AAS-mutated bispecific antibodies in a conformation-dependent manner, with binding preferentially observed for larger conformations.
