MatNexus v1.0.1: source code for traceable heterogeneous graph neural network workflows on QM9

MatNexus v1.0.1 source release supporting the Software Report “MatNexus: a traceable adapter framework for QM9 molecular property prediction with heterogeneous graph neural networks”. This record contains the exact MIT-licensed source snapshot from Git commit 662282d and tag v1.0.1, including the representation-contract test described in the manuscript. The accompanying manifest and archive-summary files document the authors’ internal audit of 84 QM9 adapter–target runs. Run logs and model checkpoints are not included in this version and are available from the corresponding authors on reasonable request. No new model training was performed for the manuscript revision.
