Abstract

The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical approaches to the formation of an integrated system for assessing the economic security of an enterprise, taking into account the specifics of production and technological risks in the context of digital transformation. The article substantiates the position that the process of digitalization of production systems and business processes simultaneously acts as a factor in strengthening traditional threats to economic security and a source of new risks associated with cyber threats, dependence on critical digital infrastructure, data degradation, technological gaps, loss of control over key processes and transformation of the structure of production risks. The work systematizes the main groups of risks that arise/increase during the digital transformation. A conceptual model for the formation of an assessment system is proposed, which includes: a multi-level hierarchy of indicators (financial and economic, industrial and technological, information and digital, personnel and organizational), integral and composite indexes, thresholds and risk zones, as well as dynamic monitoring mechanisms using predictive analytics tools, machine learning and decision support systems. The results obtained can serve as a methodological basis for the development of corporate economic security management systems in industrial enterprises implementing digital transformation programs, as well as for improving regulatory and methodological support in the field of risk-based management in the digital economy.
