Teaching early childhood children is not easy for everyone, and being in good hands for personality development is a basic need for every child. A quantitative research design was assumed, and a sample of early childhood teachers from schools located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town, Karachi, was specified. Kreijcie and Morgan's table, using as a sample of 80 teachers, was carefully chosen from a population of 100 through random sampling. A closed-ended questionnaire with Likert scale items and multiple-choice questions using an organized approach was used to collect data. Using SPSS software to perform analysis with descriptive statistical techniques, including frequency analysis maintained through tables, percentages, and charts. The results support that teachers fully recognize the importance of understanding children's personality traits for effective classroom supervision. Participants highlighted that calm communication, continuous observation, group activities, and individualized attention are vital strategies for managing mixed personality traits.
