Vom Werkzeug zum Beziehungssystem: Human–AI Co-Creation Maturity als Rahmen für reife Zusammenarbeit mit generativer KI

Abstract

Generative KI wird häufig über Nutzungshäufigkeit, Aufgabenarten, Produktivitätsgewinne oder AI Literacy beschrieben. Diese Perspektiven erfassen jedoch nur unzureichend, was in längerfristigen und wiederholten Mensch–KI-Interaktionen entstehen kann. Das vorliegende konzeptionelle Working Paper schlägt Human–AI Co-Creation Maturity als situative und relationale Qualität solcher Interaktionen vor. Der Ansatz verbindet Forschung zu sozialen Reaktionen auf Computer, Automation Bias, Algorithm Appreciation und Algorithm Aversion mit neueren Arbeiten zu Sycophancy, reziprokem Human–Machine Learning, epistemischer Agency und kognitiv-behavioraler Drift. Im Zentrum stehen die Entwicklungsqualität situierter und rekursiver Human–AI-Interaktion über Zeit, Human–AI–Human Loops, Nähe–Distanz-Regulation, kalibriertes Vertrauen, produktiver Widerspruch sowie persönliche und situative Moderatoren. Das heuristische Modell USE – COLLABORATE – REFLECT – CHALLENGE – GROW versteht Maturity nicht als stabiles Persönlichkeitsmerkmal. Als zentrales GROW-Kriterium wird vorgeschlagen, ob Human–AI Co-Creation menschliche epistemische Autonomie, Urteilskraft und Handlungsfähigkeit auch außerhalb der unmittelbaren KI-Interaktion erhält oder erweitert. Daraus ergeben sich Implikationen für Führung, Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung, Organisationskultur und AI Governance.
