TL;DR

Point4D is able to reliably infer dense per-point 3D trajectories across multi-hundred-frame videos, unlike existing 4D methods that are limited to short input windows of at most a few dozen frames.

Abstract

We introduce Point4D, a feed-forward model for 4D reconstruction of long-range video sequences. Point4D is able to reliably infer dense per-point 3D trajectories across multi-hundred-frame videos, unlike existing 4D methods that are limited to short input windows of at most a few dozen frames. A key innovation that enables this is our flexible 3D query-based motion decoder that decouples trajectory prediction from image-plane visibility. The predicted 3D endpoints are then directly re-queried in the next chunk without re-projection or matching. Furthermore, we show that extracting and reusing a visual descriptor from an arbitrary frame where the point is visible leads to better performance than relying solely on the source patch. Overall, Point4D achieves state-of-the-art performance across diverse long-video tracking benchmarks spanning over 200 frames and largely outperforms previous feed-forward 4D method. TrackEverything: Long Horizon Dense Tracking via De-Duplicating 3D Scene Representations

TrackEverything is the first 3D tracker capable of tracking all visible points across videos exceeding 1000 frames within 40 GB of GPU memory, and 3D WAFT is proposed, replacing memory-prohibitive 4D correlation volumes with efficient feature sampling in the scene cloud.

4DStreamCtrl: Interactive Video Generation with Online 4D Control

This work shows that camera motion, object trajectories, and depth can be unified into a single 3D point-track representation, from which one model performs joint camera and object control, depth editing, and motion transfer in a single forward pass, enabling interactive 4D-controllable streaming generation for the fir...

Gen4P: Video Generators are 4D Perceivers

We introduce Gen4P, a unified framework for recovering 4D geometry and motion from monocular video. We show that a pretrained video generator can be repurposed into a feed-forward 4D perceiver without iterative denoising. Building on on-demand querying, Gen4P processes clean video latents in a single encoder pass and p...

Revisiting Local Context for Long-Horizon Streaming 3D Reconstruction

ABot-Recon is presented, a simple streaming model that caches KV features from only the preceding 11 frames and predicts a point map in the current camera coordinate system together with an adjacent-frame relative pose that remains equivariant under changes of reference frame.

ARROW: Arbitrary Reconstruction and Tracking of 4D Observations in the Wild

Dynamic scenes may be captured by a moving camera, multiple video streams, or images taken at different times. These observations reveal complementary aspects of scene geometry and motion, yet bringing them together requires establishing correspondence across viewpoints, capture times, and visibility changes. We introd...

MoSE3: Learning World-Space SE(3) at Every Pixel

Dense 3D point tracking has been a prominent paradigm for modeling motion in dynamic scenes, but a point track is just a 3-DoF translation curve per pixel: it captures where pixels go, not the rotation of the underlying part, nor which pixels move together as one body. We propose MoSE3, the first feed-forward model tha...
