RENAISSANCE 4.0: Wissenschaftliches Systemprotokoll und regulatorisches Abgrenzungs-Framework für den globalen Markt

Abstract

Einleitung – Deutsch Die fortschreitende Digitalisierung von Wissenschaft, Kultur, Kommunikation und Gesundheit eröffnet die Möglichkeit, Wissensbereiche miteinander zu verbinden, die bislang überwiegend getrennt erforscht und vermittelt wurden. Kommunikation, künstliche Intelligenz, Kunst- und Kreativitätsforschung, digitale Wissensvermittlung, biometrische Datenerfassung und Langlebigkeitsforschung entwickeln sich häufig innerhalb spezialisierter Einzelsysteme. RENAISSANCE 4.0 setzt an dieser Fragmentierung an und beschreibt ein integriertes Forschungs- und Systemmodell, in dem unterschiedliche Informationsräume über definierte digitale und physische Schnittstellen miteinander verbunden werden.Grundlage sind sechs funktional eigenständige und zugleich vernetzte Software-Säulen: WHITELINE, AIMEIM, ARTOPEN, WORLDMUSEUM, FUTUR.SOVEREIGN und RENAISSANCE 4.0 als übergeordnetes Integrationssystem. Das Ausgangsprotokoll konzipiert diese Plattformen als zusammenhängendes Ökosystem zur Verbindung von Kommunikation, Kunst, Wissenschaft, Wohlbefinden und Wissen.Eine besondere Stellung nimmt WORLDMUSEUM ein. Als virtuelles Weltmuseum soll es mehr als 100 Millionen Kunstwerke erfassen und die Innovations- und Evolutionsgeschichte der Kunst bis zu den frühen Zeugnissen menschlichen Kunstschaffens zurückverfolgen. Die digitale Ebene wird mit zwei komplementären physischen Forschungsorten verbunden. Das Liedtke Museum auf Mallorca konzentriert sich auf die Wirkung von Skulpturen und Kunstwerken in der Natur und in Gebäuden sowie auf die Wechselwirkungen zwischen Kunst, Architektur, Landschaft und Wahrnehmung. Das Museum der Innovationen und Evolution in der Kunst in Uruguay soll insbesondere zeitgenössische Kunst und die Kunst Dieter W. Liedtkes auf Innovationen in Form, Inhalt und deren Verbindung untersuchen.WORLDMUSEUM erhält darüber hinaus die Funktion einer langfristigen globalen Forschungs- und Dateninfrastruktur. Geeignete Nutzungs- und Forschungsdaten sollen unter definierten Datenschutz- und Einwilligungsbedingungen anonymisiert, pseudonymisiert oder aggregiert wissenschaftlich ausgewertet werden. Eine international verfügbare, entpersonalisierte Datenbasis könnte neue kultur-, sprach-, länder- und epochenübergreifende Untersuchungen ermöglichen und damit neue Hypothesen und Studien in Kunstwissenschaft, Kreativitätsforschung, Psychologie, Neurowissenschaften, Kultur- und Informationswissenschaft anregen.Parallel dazu unterscheidet das Systemprotokoll regulatorisch zwischen Consumer-, Kultur-, Bildungs- und allgemeinen Wellness-Anwendungen einerseits und medizinischen beziehungsweise telemedizinischen Anwendungen andererseits. Zukünftige diagnostische oder spezialisierte Messverfahren sind dabei als zu validierende Forschungs- und Entwicklungsansätze zu behandeln.Der geplante Forschungszeitraum 2028–2040 soll somit nicht nur einzelne Technologien evaluieren, sondern untersuchen, wie digitale Wissenssysteme, reale Museumsräume, Kunst, Kreativität, Kommunikation, Wohlbefinden und wissenschaftliche Information miteinander interagieren. RENAISSANCE 4.0 wird deshalb als langfristig überprüfbares Systemprotokoll und Forschungsprogramm definiert, dessen Hypothesen, Technologien und Wirkzusammenhänge schrittweise empirischer Prüfung zugänglich gemacht werden. Introduction – English The continuing digitalisation of science, culture, communication and health creates opportunities to connect fields of knowledge that have previously been researched and communicated largely in isolation. Communication, artificial intelligence, art and creativity research, digital knowledge communication, biometric data collection and longevity research often develop within specialised individual systems. RENAISSANCE 4.0 addresses this fragmentation and describes an integrated research and system model in which different information spaces are connected through defined digital and physical interfaces.The model is based on six functionally independent yet interconnected software pillars: WHITELINE, AIMEIM, ARTOPEN, WORLDMUSEUM, FUTUR.SOVEREIGN and RENAISSANCE 4.0 as the overarching integration system. The underlying protocol conceives these platforms as a coherent ecosystem linking communication, art, science, wellbeing and knowledge.WORLDMUSEUM occupies a particular position within this structure. As a virtual world museum, it is intended to cover more than 100 million works of art and trace the history of innovation and evolution in art back to the earliest evidence of human artistic creation. The digital level is connected to two complementary physical research sites. The Liedtke Museum in Mallorca focuses on the effects of sculptures and works of art in nature and buildings, and on interactions between art, architecture, landscape and perception. The Museum of Innovations and Evolution in Art in Uruguay is intended particularly to investigate contemporary art and the art of Dieter W. Liedtke for innovations in form, content and their relationship.WORLDMUSEUM is also intended to function as a long-term global research and data infrastructure. Suitable usage and research data are to be scientifically analysed in anonymised, pseudonymised or aggregated form under defined data-protection and consent conditions. An internationally available depersonalised data resource could enable new comparative investigations across cultures, languages, countries and historical periods and thereby stimulate new hypotheses and studies in art history, creativity research, psychology, neuroscience, cultural studies and information science.In parallel, the system protocol distinguishes, for regulatory purposes, between consumer, cultural, educational and general wellness applications on the one hand and medical or telemedical applications on the other. Future diagnostic or specialised measurement procedures are to be treated as research and development approaches requiring validation.The planned research period from 2028 to 2040 is therefore intended not only to evaluate individual technologies, but also to investigate how digital knowledge systems, physical museum spaces, art, creativity, communication, wellbeing and scientific information interact. RENAISSANCE 4.0 is consequently defined as a long-term testable system protocol and research programme whose hypotheses, technologies and proposed relationships can progressively be subjected to empirical examination.
