V3 Architecture — Universal Bond Calculator: Mechanical Derivation of All Chemical Bonds (Covalent, Ionic, Metallic, Hydrogen, Van der Waals, Coordinate, Intercalation) — Formal Proof in Ada SPARK, Scientific Images, and Thesis

Sep 2026 · Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research)

Abstract

ABSTRACT This deposit presents the complete mechanical derivation of all chemical bonds within the V3 Architecture. The V3 Architecture is a unified physical and chemical theory built on a single substrate: phase pressure in the H₃O₂ condensate. All phenomena — from the proton vortex to molecular interactions — are derived from this substrate. What this deposit contains: A complete Ada SPARK source code (V3_UNIVERSAL_BOND_CALCULATOR.ADB) that calculates all chemical bonds from V3 invariants: Covalent bonds (single, double, triple) Ionic bonds (phase pressure transfer) Metallic bonds (collective sea of membranes) Hydrogen bonds (phase bridges) Van der Waals bonds (phase dispersion) Coordinate bonds (asymmetric sharing) Intercalation bonds (host-guest insertion) Bond angles derived from vortex geometry The code performs seven stress tests that validate the derivation 100% of proof obligations are satisfied by GNATprove A PDF thesis (Volume 138) that explains the concepts in a simple, readable style — for understanding, not for calculation. It describes what the code reveals about the mechanical nature of all chemical bonds. Eleven high-definition scientific images generated from detailed prompts to illustrate the key concepts: Universal Bond Calculator — Introduction Covalent bonds — Membrane sharing Ionic bonds — Phase pressure transfer Metallic bonds — Collective sea of membranes Hydrogen bonds — Phase bridges Van der Waals bonds — Phase dispersion Coordinate bonds — Asymmetric sharing Intercalation bonds — Host-guest insertion Bond angles — Geometry of vortices Stress tests — Seven validations Synthesis — Unification of all bonds Important note on the images: The images included in this deposit were generated by AI (Gemini) for illustrative and pedagogical purposes only. They are designed to facilitate understanding of the concepts, not to replace the formal mathematical framework. The images may contain minor visual inaccuracies. They are not experimental data. They are not the result of physical measurement. For all calculations, formal validation, and numerical results, the reader must refer exclusively to the Ada SPARK source code (V3_UNIVERSAL_BOND_CALCULATOR.ADB) included in this deposit. The code is the authoritative reference. Key findings of the code: All chemical bonds are phase sharing between vortex membranes The type of bond depends on the geometry of the vortex arrangement Covalent = membrane sharing Ionic = phase pressure transfer Metallic = collective sea of membranes Hydrogen = phase bridge Van der Waals = phase dispersion Coordinate = asymmetric sharing Intercalation = host-guest insertion Bond angles are determined by vortex geometry No adjustable parameters — all values are derived from V3 invariants Seven stress tests validate the derivation with 100% success rate 100% proof obligations satisfied by GNATprove Keywords:V3 Architecture, Universal Bond Calculator, chemical bonds, covalent, ionic, metallic, hydrogen, Van der Waals, coordinate, intercalation, bond angles, vortex geometry, Ada SPARK, GNATprove, formal proof, scientific visualization, AI-generated images, Gemini, LPV3 Related identifiers: Requires: Ada SPARK compiler (GNAT) Is part of: V3 Architecture Complete Corpus (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.[to be assigned]) Rights:LPV3 (Public License V3) — Free humanitarian use, commercial use under license, military use strictly prohibited.
