Abstract
HALDxAI is a knowledge graph platform for exploring human aging and longevity through literature-derived relations, integrated biomedical resources, and source-linked evidence. This versioned archive contains the previously released source code, an updated backend snapshot, and selected validation materials accompanying the manuscript “A systems-level dissection of aging and longevity mechanisms powered by an evidence-routed AI knowledge graph.” The archive includes:• The original v1.0.0 software source, with configuration files, prompts, and environment specifications.• An updated backend snapshot, including relationship retrieval and agent tools.• Validation scripts, selected de-identified inputs, relationship-control pair lists, and reference results.• Instructions for reproducing the included statistical tables and file checksums. The original software is preserved separately from the updated backend. Historical question-answering results describe the evaluation-time implementation and should not be interpreted as performance measurements of the updated backend. The archive does not include a tested release of the current frontend or duplicate the large database files. Retrieved relations and graph paths require interpretation in the context of their supporting sources.
This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

The results indicate that software engineering work practices are chosen opportunistically, adapted and configured to provide value under the constrains imposed by the startup context.

The results show that the embedded industry has been able to apply agile methods in its development processes and that the appreciation of the agile methods and their individual practices appears to increase once adopted and applied in practice.

Consequences of happiness and unhappiness that are beneficial and detrimental for developers' mental well-being, the software development process, and the produced artifacts are found.

AI is making software generation faster, but speed does not remove the need for expertise. As more work is delegated to AI, tacit knowledge may become one of the most important human advantages in software engineering.
