Version 0.63.23 applies reciprocal learner navigation across the complete hosted program surface: every reader links to its course and localized program, every course links to its readers, and hosted copies retain prominent authoritative-original routes. Current language roots use /id/ and /en/; future languages use sibling language-ID namespaces. The portable navigator preserves the validated D70 thin capability packet (1,951,772 bytes; SHA-256 8f35e196929cc9fb696923237e4592139066f0eaf78b49fb05fb3878bcb8f678) and adds the validated zero-copy D30 thin capability packet (828,504 bytes; SHA-256 19074c1dd5f5fa9b5c7ec473bec4347f070c5cabdb04e3c0b52b386714029c2e). D70 native-full replay remains available but unverified; whole-program backend convergence is not claimed, and the exact common-adapter gaps remain A30, B95, and C140.
