SAE-HPC Suite 1.1: Structure-Aware Exact Compression, Owner Optimization, Local Systems Validation, and Wall-Time Certification
Abstract
SAE-HPC Suite 1.1 is a reproducible research software package for structure-aware exact-arithmetic workflows. It combines byte-exact state compression, owner optimization, finite-horizon plan selection, robust-regret certification, retained benchmark evidence, and fresh local systems validation. The release includes C++ and Python source code, verification tools, benchmark and reproduction data, a product guide, and a technical paper. On the retained and fresh single-host validation environments, the package demonstrates substantial reductions in serialized wire size, peak memory usage, and process wall time while preserving byte-exact reconstruction. The validation also covers pinned multi-process scaling, exact-wire Unix-socket and TCP-loopback transport, CPU affinity, and single-node NUMA first-touch placement. The packaged verifier recomputes the reported evidence from the included raw records and performs 7,236 verification checks. The release does not claim universal acceleration for arbitrary HPC workloads. MPI, cross-node NUMA, GPU, multi-host, energy-efficiency, and deployment-host-specific prospective wall-time certification require appropriate external hardware or fresh deployment measurements. Users are encouraged to rerun the included system-check and system-validate tools on their own systems and workloads.
