Abstract

PT Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri serves as the research locus for this study, which aims to analyze the influence of digital leadership and job satisfaction on employees' organizational commitment. An explanatory quantitative approach was chosen as the research method, with primary data collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire involving 66 respondents as the sample. SPSS version 25 software was used for data processing and analysis. All questionnaire items were declared valid and reliable based on instrument testing results. Classical assumption tests confirmed that the data were normally distributed and free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity issues. Organizational commitment is positively and significantly influenced by digital leadership and job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously, as shown by multiple linear regression analysis. The adjusted coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) value of 78.3% indicates that the two independent variables can explain the variation in organizational commitment, while the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research model. These findings emphasize the importance for management to continuously develop digital leadership competencies and maintain employee well-being in order to sustain high levels of organizational commitment.

The impact of agile practices on communication in software development

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.
