Abstract
A sealed, dated research record: an AI factory reached from the other end, one operator and one consumer GPU against an eleven-layer governed stack, with a receipt for every claim. Compiled from the maintained sources of the living record at https://osintelligence-llc.gitbook.io/osintelligence. Every chapter carries its own version number; the record version rises when any chapter version rises, and each record version is deposited as a new version of this Zenodo record. The site's accessible companion layer (video explainers, audio deep dives, infographics, chapter notes) is not part of the deposited record. A human author (Jamey Kistner) directed and is responsible for this work; AI systems were used as drafting and research tools under human direction and review, disclosed per chapter. Files: The Sovereign Stack (Record v1.1.0).pdf, the complete monograph, primary. the-sovereign-stack-record-v1.1.0.md, machine-readable companion. HASHES.md, SHA-256 digests of the deposit files. ZENODO_METADATA.md, the field block for this record.
The method, ECCOLA, is presented, which aims at making the high-level AI ethics principles more practical, making it possible for developers to more easily implement them in practice.

AI is making software generation faster, but speed does not remove the need for expertise. As more work is delegated to AI, tacit knowledge may become one of the most important human advantages in software engineering. The post Beyond Prompt Engineering: The Role of Tacit Knowledge in Software Engineering appeared first on GPT-Lab.
