Study on Secondary Data-Based Its Impact on Customer Satisfaction and Business Performance
Abstract
CRM, or customer relationship management, has become a crucial business tactic for businesses trying to improve operational efficiency, promote customer loyalty, and obtain a sustained competitive advantage. This study examines how CRM enhances customer happiness and organizational performance using secondary data from academic literature, industry reports, and published research papers. The report synthesizes the available data to identify the critical components of a successful CRM deployment, the challenges firms face, and emerging trends influenced by digital transformation. The findings demonstrate that companies with effective CRM practices provide higher-quality services, are more profitable, and retain customers longer. Technological developments like data analytics, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence have also significantly enhanced CRM abilities. The study concludes that successful CRM implementation requires a customer-centric corporate culture, employee commitment, and technological investment.
