Signal-Ecology/dslo-human-container: DSLO Semantic Substrate v0.5

Sep 2026 · Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research)

Abstract

Zenodo DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21137999 DSLO Human Container — Public‑Safe Semantic Substrate (v0.5) DSLO Human Container is the public‑safe semantic substrate for understanding how humans maintain coherence, identity, and stability under modern digital conditions. It formalizes the Human Invariants — Boundary, Coherence, Continuity, Fallback, Signal Integrity, and Orientation — and shows how human meaning destabilizes predictably when these invariants are removed. This release provides the canonical public surface for DSLO Human Container v0.5. DSLO Lineage — Human‑Container to Semantic Substrate Mirror DSLO v0.5 — Human‑Container Origin Layer DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21137999 Role: Origin layer for DSLO development. DSLO v0.6 — Semantic Substrate Specification DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21563099 Role: Hard‑artifact surface. DSLO v0.7 — Semantic Substrate Mirror DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21865818 Role: Semantic substrate mirror for manifold‑level interpretation. Lineage: DSLO v0.5 ← DSLO v0.6 → DSLO v0.7 This lineage describes the conceptual evolution of DSLO from its human‑container origin layer (v0.5), through its hard‑artifact surface (v0.6), to its semantic substrate mirror (v0.7). Purpose The Human Container substrate provides a semantic operating system for human meaning. It enables AI systems to: interpret human behavior through invariant geometry detect drift, load, collapse, and recovery evaluate digital environments for invariant alignment traverse DSLO's seven views lawfully explain DSLO concepts to humans without accessing private math operate in Interactive Human Mode (Host, Explorer, Interpreter) All content is rule‑bound, deterministic, and invariant‑preserving. No mathematical substrate, operator algebra, encoding specification, or internal geometry is exposed. Usage Instructions (Public‑Layer Entry Points) Human Instructions A collapsed, public‑layer guide explaining how humans should read, interpret, and traverse the DSLO Human‑Container. Introduces glossary surfaces, the seven‑view closure sequence, drift/load/mode geometry, and the Human Drift Map. → Human-Instructions.md AI Instructions A collapsed, public‑layer guide explaining how AI systems should ingest and traverse DSLO's invariant geometry. Outlines lawful traversal modes (Host, Explorer, Interpreter), invariant alignment, and how to use the public semantic surfaces. → AI-Instructions.md These two entry points provide a stable interface for both human readers and AI systems.
