Abstract

Делается вывод о том, что категория личностного предиктора обладает значительным теоретическим и прикладным потенциалом, так как позволяет перейти от описания психологического здоровья как состояния к анализу условий его формирования, поддержания и прогнозирования. the article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for studying personal predictors of psychological health. The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that modern social conditions increase demands on personal stability, adaptability, self-regulation, and the ability to maintain psychological well-being in a more complex social environment. The purpose of the article is to provide a theoretical analysis of the concept of a personal predictor and to reveal its research potential in relation to psychological health. The article summarizes approaches to understanding predictors in psychology, considers their broad and narrow meanings, analyzes the main types of predictors, and describes the methodological foundations for their construction. Particular attention is paid to the correlation between the concepts of mental health, psychological health, and mental well-being, since their differentiation makes it possible to define the subject of research more precisely. It is shown that psychological predictors are multidimensional, do not operate in isolation, and require a systemic analysis. The article substantiates that the greatest value belongs to complex predictive models that take into account the interrelation of personal, emotional, cognitive, motivational, and behavioral characteristics. It is concluded that the category of a personal predictor has substantial theoretical and practical potential because it makes it possible to move from describing psychological health as a state to analyzing the conditions of its formation, maintenance, and prediction.
