CITY AS AN OBJECT OF LEGAL SCIENCE: PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION

Abstract

The monograph examines the problem of the ontology of the modern city, the comprehension of its legal nature, and the formation of a new field of scientific knowledge for Russian science: the legal theory of the city. The theoretical basis of the monograph is based on domestic and foreign research by leading scholars in the fields of philosophy, sociology, law, and other disciplines, which focus on the city as a socio-spatial system.
