ON THE ISSUE OF THE LEGAL STATUS OF CITIZENS UNDER MILITARY ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

The paper examines the legal status of an individual under conditions of military administration. The author notes that the introduction of martial law requires special legal regulation, which inevitably entails restrictions on a number of private and public rights. The article reveals the specifics of the legal status of citizens, the structure of which changes significantly under the influence of the prohibitions established during this period.
