Corporate Closure of the Judicial System in the Countries of Latin America and Russia as a Barrier to Public Control (A Comparative Legal Analysis)
Abstract
The article provides a comparative legal analysis of the corporate closure of the judicial systems of Russia and the countries of Latin America. The institutional mechanisms that form the closed nature of the judicial community are examined, and their influence on the effectiveness of public control is assessed. Common patterns and national specific features are identified, and the necessity of a balance between the independence of judicial power and its social accountability is substantiated. Measures to enhance the transparency of the judicial system are proposed.
