ISSUES OF APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS REGULATING AGREEMENTS ON THE DIVISION OF COMMON PROPERTY

Abstract

The author draws attention to the ever-present problems of applying the legislation regulating the content of an agreement on the division of the common property of spouses. Based on the legal nature of the latter, the author concludes that it has a unique subject of regulation and should be differentiated from a marriage contract.
