Abstract
the article examines the problems of implementing and protecting rights certified by a notary act. It considers the forms of challenging notary acts, the grounds for challenging them, and the consequences; the features of notary acts in the system of electronic justice and digitalization. The article argues that the introduction of the Unified Information System has significantly facilitated the work of the notary system, but due to the lack of a comprehensive law, it has also created a number of problems.
