This study aimed to develop Articulate Storyline 3 learning media and determine its feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness in improving the independent learning character of fourth-grade elementary school students in Pancasila Education. This Research and Development (R&D) study employed the ADDIE model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The subjects were 27 Grade IV B students at SDN Mekar Mukti 01. Data were collected through interviews, observations, expert validation questionnaires, teacher and student response questionnaires, and independent learning questionnaires administered before and after media implementation. The results showed that the media was highly feasible, with validation scores of 94% from the material expert, 84% from the language expert, and 98% from the media expert. The media integrated text, images, audio, video, animation, and interactive quizzes. Teacher and student responses were 92% and 84.67%, respectively, with an average of 88.34%, categorized as highly practical. Students' average independent learning score increased from 37.74 to 45.96, with an N-Gain score of 0.71 or 70.76%, categorized as high. Therefore, the media was feasible, practical, and effective in improving students' independent learning character
