Abstract

This study aimed to develop and examine the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of interactive teaching materials using Articulate Storyline on the topic “Aku dan Kebutuhanku” for fourth-grade elementary school students. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The participants were 41 fourth-grade students at SDN Cimanggis 01, including 4 students in a small-scale trial and 37 students in the implementation stage. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The validation results from media, language, and content experts showed an average score of 98.3%, indicating that the product was highly feasible. The practicality assessment showed a student response of 94% and a teacher response of 100%, both categorized as highly practical. The use of the interactive teaching materials resulted in an improvement in students’ learning outcomes, as shown by the increase in the average score from 54.7 in the pretest to 89.2 in the posttest. In addition, the N-Gain score of 0.782 was categorized as high. Therefore, the interactive teaching materials developed using Articulate Storyline were considered feasible, practical, and effective in improving students’ learning outcomes in elementary science and social studies (IPAS) learning.
