To consider the value and process of introverting and Moments of Introverting (MOIs) for leadership practice. Qualitative, including visual methods. Moments of Introverting (MOIs) help balance contrasting leadership demands. The research shows the value of processification to stretch understanding of a personality trait and the value of MOIs for leadership development.
