Abstract

To enhance spectral utilization and ensure secure transmission in Industrial Internet of Things with spectrum-constrained, we propose a hypergraph-based joint scheme for simultaneously considering Machine Devices (MDs) and channel resource allocation for non-orthogonal multiple access. First, we formulate a maximization problem that considers MDs, channel resource allocation, and quality of service, which is proven NP-hard. Then, by modeling complex interference relationships among MDs using hypergraph theory, the joint optimization problem is transformed into a hypergraph spectral clustering problem. Next, an efficient scheme of hypergraph spectral clustering based resource allocation is designed, in which the Lanczos algorithm is utilized to solve the relaxed formulation. Furthermore, simulations demonstrate that the proposed scheme significantly enhances system throughput while ensuring security, outperforming conventional methods.
