Integração BIM–Lean na indústria da construção: uma revisão sistemática da literatura

Abstract

The integration between Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Lean Construction has been recognized as a strategy to improve process management, coordination, and performance in construction. This study analyzes scientific production on BIM–Lean integration through a systematic literature review conducted using the Systematic Search Flow (SSF) method. The initial search identified 280 records, of which 40 articles composed the final portfolio. The results indicate recent growth in publications, concentration of studies in countries with greater BIM adoption maturity, and predominance of case studies focused on project implementation. As a contribution, the study systematizes thematic and methodological trends and identifies gaps related to organizational maturity, early project phases, and the supply chain.
