Abstract

This paper designs a mobile robot carton positioning, recycling and regeneration system based on STM32, aiming to solve the problem of low utilization rate of carton waste in household environments. Equipped with intelligent recognition and processing modules, the system can autonomously navigate to user-specified locations via a mobile robot platform, and identify and classify carton items such as milk cartons and medicine boxes using cameras. For different types of cartons, the system adopts mechanical modules for precise cutting, flattening, disinfection, and molding: milk cartons can be converted into disposable paper plates, while medicine boxes are pressed into household labels with text printing support. Integrating six mechanical modules including receiving and delivering, positioning and cutting, and waste collection, the system achieves efficient collaborative operation through a master-slave control architecture (one main controller and two auxiliary controllers). Simulation results show that the system can complete automated recycling and regeneration of cartons, providing an intelligent solution for household waste reuse.
