Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the transformation of Islamic educational leadership at the research site is reflected in efforts to develop a more adaptive and participatory leadership approach that is open to the use of digital technology while maintaining Islamic educational values. Informants reported that the use of digital technology in administration, institutional communication, and educational coordination helped support daily tasks and information exchange. In learning activities, leadership support for technology use provided teachers with opportunities to develop more varied learning media and methods. These findings describe the relationship between digital leadership practices, educational management, and efforts to foster learning innovation at Dayah Insan Qurani Nurussalam. However, this study did not quantitatively measure the effectiveness of digital technology implementation or its impact on students’ learning outcomes. Therefore, the findings should be interpreted descriptively within the context of the data collected at the research site.
