IMPROVEMENT OF INFORMATION-MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGIES FOR CONTROLLING A “SMART HOME” SYSTEM IN PUBLIC ARCHITECTURE USING A SOLAR ROOF

2026 · Measuring Equipment and Metrology · Vol 87, pp. 71-74 · 0 citations

Abstract

The article is devoted to improving information-measurement technologies (IMT) for controlling a “smart home” system in public architecture buildings whose roof is equipped with an integrated solar roof (BIPV roof). The problem of insufficient coordination between the subsystems for measuring energy consumption, measuring solar power generation, and monitoring the microclimatic parameters of public buildings is considered, which complicates the construction of a unified automatic control loop for energy flows. A generalized multi-level structure of an information-measurement system (IMS) is proposed, combining a distributed network of sensors for electrical and non-electrical quantities, a data acquisition and pre-processing controller, data transmission channels, and a cloud-based forecasting and optimization service. An algorithm for adaptive control of the load and the electrical energy storage unit has been developed, taking into account the forecast of solar roof generation, the current microclimate of the premises, and tariff signals from the energy supply organization. An assessment of the uncertainty budget of the “solar roof – storage – load” measurement channel has been performed in accordance with the GUM methodology. It is shown that the application of the proposed solutions makes it possible to increase the efficiency of using solar roof energy and the accuracy of electrical energy accounting in the “smart home” system of a public building, while maintaining the metrological traceability of measurement results.
