Abstract

EUS-guided hepaticogastrostomy (EUS-HGS) is widely used for malignant biliary obstruction. [1] However, proximal stent migration into the esophagus can lead to bilious vomiting and severe reflux esophagitis, which occasionally requires surgical removal of the stent. [2,3] Herein, we report a novel endoscopic approach for safely managing esophageal migration of an EUS-HGS stent (Video 1)
