In this issue, trials show that ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy improved overall survival, and sunvozertinib improved progression‐free survival. In addition, adjuvant selpercatinib improved event‐free survival in early‐stage RET ‐positive NSCLC, and talazoparib plus enzalutamide improved radiographic progression‐free survival for patients with androgen pathway modulation‐sensitive prostate cancer.
