基于多层次干预模型对慢性硬膜下血肿患者康复路径的优化研究(Optimization of rehabilitation path for patients with chronic subdural hematoma based on multi-level intervention model)
Abstract
Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of multi-level intervention model in the rehabilitation of patients with chronic subdural hematoma. Methods the subjects were 90 patients with chronic subdural hematoma in Beijing Electric Power Hospital of State Grid Corporation of China (from January 2024 to July 2025). They were randomly divided into control group (routine intervention,n=45) and multi-level group (multi-level intervention, n=45). The postoperative recovery time, adverse emotions and quality of life of each group were compared and analyzed. Results After 2 weeks of nursing, the postoperative recovery time and adverse emotion score of the multi-level group were lower (P<0.05 ), while the quality of life score of the multi-level group was higher (P<0.05 ).Conclusion The multi-level intervention model can assist the early postoperative rehabilitation of patients with chronic subdural hematoma, reduce adverse emotions and improve life quality.
