2026 · International Journal of Education Humanities and Social Science · 0 citations

Abstract

In the context of Vietnam's higher education system undergoing fundamental and comprehensive reform and deep international integration, quality is increasingly becoming a core requirement for the development of each educational institution. Educational quality is not only reflected in the curriculum, faculty, facilities, or training results, but also deeply depends on the values, perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors of stakeholders within the institution. Therefore, building quality culture in universities is of particular importance, contributing to the creation of a professional, responsible, creative, and continuously improving educational environment. This is the foundation for Vietnamese universities to enhance their governance capacity, affirm their prestige, and meet the requirements for developing high-quality human resources in the current period.
