Two new species of Aetheomorpha Lacordaire, 1848 from Thailand and Laos (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae: Cryptocephalinae), and redescription of A. pictipennis (Jacoby, 1892)

Abstract

Aetheomorpha fasciatipennis sp. nov. (Thailand, Laos) and A. oblongomaculata sp. nov. (Thailand) are described, and A. pictipennis (Jacoby, 1892) is redescribed. The key for Aetheomorpha Lacordaire, 1848 species with bicolor pronotum and elytral black pattern consisting of humeral spot and transverse band(s) from Continental Asia and Sundaland is presented. The color figures of the habitus, and male and female genitalia are given for both new species and A. pictipennis.
