Medicine

Patients hospitalised in coronary intensive care units often experience heightened existential distress, including increased spiritual care needs and death anxiety. Spiritual well‐being has been suggested as a key protective factor that may alleviate death‐related anxiety in critically ill populations; however, the mechanisms underlying these relationships remain insufficiently explored.
