A Spatial Modulation-Based Time and Bandwidth Sharing NOMA Framework for Enhanced IoT Connectivity at Cell Edges
Abstract
The Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) has attracted every wireless communication network based on its flexibility and scalability. However, handling or functioning the NOMA system for a specific wireless communication system, such as cellular or sensor networks, became a complicated task. In this present study, the User Pairing Spatial Modulation NOMA (UPSM-NOMA) has been considered, and its efficiency was improved by implementing the novel decision tree Fossa Resource Allocation (DTFRA). Initially, as per the need, UPSM-NOMA was designed in the MATLAB environment, and then a novel optimized resource allocation process was executed with the help of Fossa's optimal best solution. The considered resources for this present study are the spectral sources. Finally, the performance of the designed optimal UPSM-NOMA was compared with other traditional NOMA in terms of Bit Error Rate (BER), sum rate band throughput. In every aspect, the proposed NOMA has gained the finest solution.
