I searched Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and SpringerLink and ended up with 20 good articles. I thoroughly examined them for key ideas, new points, and things that have not been thoroughly explored. I found that sentiment analysis of big data actually helps companies make decisions. It provides precise information about what customers are doing and thinking in real time. It turns out that sentiment analysis was originally a marketing tool, but is now used in various parts of the company. The problem is that companies are not utilizing sentiment analysis to make sustainable decisions that strike a balance between people and money. And the surroundings. I believe that increasing human-computer interaction is crucial, and more real-world research is needed, particularly in developing nations Keywords: Big Data Analytics, Sentiment Analysis, Decision-Making, Social media, Corporate Sustainability
