Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the association between transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) and prognosis in diabetic patients without complications who present with seven types of cardiovascular diseases.
Patients with T2DM undergoing TAVR demonstrate higher risks of all‐cause mortality, MACCE, and HF exacerbation compared to their counterparts without T2DM.
The T2DM cohort also demonstrated higher all‐cause readmissions, mechanical ventilation, and renal replacement therapy compared to patients without T2D...

This pilot study aimed to explore the association between the GRACE score and right ventricular (RV) function, including ejection fraction, volumes, and stroke volume, assessed using three‐dimensional echocardiography in patients with acute inferior STEMI undergoing primary PCI.

Current risk stratification algorithms for intermediate‐risk pulmonary embolism (PE) inadequately identify patients who may benefit from escalated care interventions (ECIs) beyond anticoagulation and do not incorporate temporal assessments of right ventricular (RV) function.
