Abstract
The rapid advancement of the digital economy and the widespread adoption of artificial intelligence technologies are reshaping the principles and mechanisms of international management. The growing complexity of the global business environment, intensified competition, geopolitical uncertainty, and the continuous expansion of digital data require international companies to transform traditional management approaches and implement intelligent digital solutions capable of supporting strategic and operational decision-making. The purpose of this study is to substantiate the theoretical foundations of the digital transformation of international management by systematizing the application of artificial intelligence technologies across key managerial functions, identifying their managerial effects, and developing a conceptual model that reflects the relationships among external environmental factors, digital technologies, management processes, and organizational performance. The research is based on analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization, generalization, and structural-logical modeling. The findings demonstrate that artificial intelligence technologies significantly enhance strategic planning, managerial decision-making, human resource management, international marketing, logistics, and financial management by improving analytical capabilities, forecasting accuracy, resource allocation, process automation, and organizational adaptability. A conceptual model of the digital transformation of international management is proposed, integrating external drivers, digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence technologies, managerial functions, organizational mechanisms, and business outcomes into a unified analytical framework. The practical value of the study lies in applying the proposed model to develop digital transformation strategies, improve managerial decision-making, strengthen competitive advantages, and increase the resilience of international companies operating in a rapidly changing global business environment.
