Strategi Pengembangan Agroindustri Tahu Bulat

Abstract

The development of PT Macakal Pangan Sejahtera addresses competition, soybean price fluctuations, dependence on imported raw materials, and demand for innovation. This study identifies internal and external factors, formulates alternative strategies, and determines development priorities for the round tofu agroindustry in Muktisari Village, Cipaku District, Ciamis Regency. A descriptive case study with quantitative scoring involved 14 purposively selected informants. Data from interviews, observations, questionnaires, documentation, and secondary sources were analyzed using SWOT, IFE, EFE, the SWOT Diagram (IFAS-EFAS), and QSPM. IFE and EFE scores were 1.7792 and 1.5066, respectively. SWOT coordinates of X = 0.4263 and Y = 0.0490 placed the company in Quadrant I. Alternatives comprised SO: market expansion through product quality, production effectiveness, supplier relationships, government programs, technology, and collaboration; WO: internal strengthening through innovation, raw material management, local farmer partnerships, and management and marketing improvements; ST: maintaining quality, production effectiveness, and supplier relationships against price fluctuations, import dependence, competition, climate change, and trade policies; and WT: improving raw material efficiency, utilizing local materials, strengthening farmer partnerships, and diversifying products. QSPM prioritized the WO strategy, with a TAS of 7.441178.
