To this end, this study adopted a rough-fuzzy Dematel-based Analytic Network Process to bridge the gap between business intelligence and organisational performance. The results reveal that the scope of business intelligence systems utilisation is the most critical indicator in terms of business maturity in contrary value for money is the most significant determinant when it comes to the organisational performance.
