TL;DR

The de novo genome assembly of C. rosea strain CMAA1284 is reported, which shows high contiguity and excellent gene completeness, supporting its use for functional genomics and biotechnological studies.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Clonostachys rosea is a fungus with significant applications in biological control, plant growth promotion, and secondary metabolite production essential for agriculture. We report the de novo genome assembly of C. rosea strain CMAA1284 (also known as LQC 62), which shows high contiguity and excellent gene completeness, supporting its use for functional genomics and biotechnological studies.

Genome sequence and assembly of endophyte Pseudomonas lini Can06R isolated from the roots of Chenopodium album L.

ABSTRACT The genome of endophyte Pseudomonas lini strain Can06R isolated from surface-sterilized roots of Chenopodium album L. was sequenced using an Illumina NextSeq 1000 platform and assembled with SPAdes. The assembly is 6,302,676 bp in length, has a GC content of 58.8%, and contains 5,730 predicted genes.

Complete genome sequence of Bacillus velezensis strain S-LA5, an endophyte isolated from the medicinal plant Leucas aspera

ABSTRACT This study reports the complete genome sequence of Bacillus velezensis strain S-LA5, isolated from Leucas aspera in Bangladesh. Oxford Nanopore sequencing yielded a 4.1-Mbp genome (46.5% GC) in a single contig, predicted to encode traits for nutrient acquisition, plant growth promotion, and biocontrol, undersc...
