Abstract

Highlights • Kegel + PFMT (Group C) showed the greatest improvement in pelvic muscle strength, urodynamic parameters, and symptom relief.• Group C had significantly lower SUI recurrence rates at 6-month follow-up, highlighting long-term benefits of combined training.• Therapy correlated with improved Estrogen (E2) and Relaxin (RLX) levels, suggesting hormonal modulation may contribute to efficacy.• Provides evidence for combined pelvic floor rehabilitation as a comprehensive approach for postpartum SUI management.
