Long-Term Clinical and Radiological Outcomes of Cementless Total Knee Arthroplasty in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Background: Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is an established treatment for end-stage rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Although cemented fixation has traditionally been preferred because of concerns regarding poor bone quality, advances in implant design and osseointegration have renewed interest in cementless fixation. This s...

EARLY OUTCOMES OF NEW CEMENTLESS TOTAL KNEE ARTHROPLASTY DESIGN: A RETROSPECTIVE COHORT ANALYSIS

Although early postoperative recovery differed at selected time points, no significant PRO differences were observed after 6 weeks post-operatively, and changes from baseline did not differ among cohorts, indicating that cementless design does not compromise early recovery.

Comparison of the efficacy of three-dimensional printing-assisted strategy and traditional total ankle arthroplasty in the treatment of end-stage ankle arthritis.

The 3D printing-assisted TAA strategy appears to improve perioperative efficiency and short-term radiographic alignment accuracy compared with conventional TAA, whereas short-term functional outcomes and wound-related complication rates remain comparable between groups.

Cementless total hip arthroplasty in patients ≤ 25 years: favorable survivorship and clinical outcomes at medium-term follow-up

This study evaluated the medium-term clinical and radiographic results of cementless total hip arthroplasty (THA) in patients aged 25 years or younger. This retrospective cohort study included 37 patients (49 hips) who underwent cementless THA between 2009 and 2020. The mean patient age at surgery was 21.8...

Comparable Early Outcomes Between Cemented and Cementless MAKO Functional Alignment Total Knee Arthroplasty: A Propensity-Matched Analysis

Cemented fixation remains the gold standard in total knee arthroplasty (TKA); however, growing interest in cementless fixation has emerged due to potential advantages in biological osseointegration and long-term implant survivorship. Limited data exist comparing these fixation methods in robotic-assisted TKA using...

Early Revision Rates and Clinical Outcomes of Two Cementless Cruciate-Retaining Total Knee Arthroplasty Designs at Two-Year Follow-Up: A Propensity Score-Adjusted Comparative Analysis

Background and Objectives: Cementless total knee arthroplasty (TKA) has gained popularity but comparative outcome data across implant systems remain limited. This study compared survivorship and clinical outcomes of two cementless cruciate-retaining TKA implants from different manufacturers. Materials and Methods: We p...
