Abstract

The paper studies the formation of business resilience of an enterprise in conditions of uncertainty and modern challenges. The main models of business resilience of an enterprise are proposed, which allow to effectively respond to crisis situations and at the same time maintain the stability of functioning. The author proposes a model of the functioning of the enterprise in three states (stable, unstable and recovery after crisis phenomena and shock). Each model allows to assess risk factors and form sound management decisions to ensure the sustainability of the enterprise. It is established that the business resilience of an enterprise is formed through the use of digital technologies, automation of business processes, the use of energy-efficient and environmental technologies, and adherence to the principles of the circular economy. The modeling results showed that increasing the level of security allows to minimize the level of shock state of the enterprise, reduce the probability of occurrence of critical situations and failures, increase the effectiveness of functioning and stability in general. It is worth noting that the management of the enterprise should be based on the principles of innovation, which requires the use of new approaches to reduce the probability of failures and shock state of the enterprise.
