Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare and Education
Abstract
This scoping review will map the evidence on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to assess learner competency in first aid education. Although AI is increasingly used in resuscitation and first aid training, mainly as an instructional or feedback intervention, how AI has been applied to assess learner competency has not been comprehensively mapped. Following the Arksey and O’Malley framework and JBI methodology, and reported according to PRISMA-ScR, we will search MEDLINE (PubMed), CINAHL, Web of Science, IEEE Xplore, APA PsycINFO, ERIC, RISS, and KoreaMed for studies in which AI technologies are used to assess first aid learners’ knowledge, decision-making, communication, or skill performance. Two reviewers will independently screen each record, and data will be charted on AI technology, input data, competency domain, assessed level of competence (Miller’s pyramid), and reported validation evidence. Findings will be summarized descriptively and presented as an evidence map to identify gaps and inform the development of AI-based competency assessment for first aid education, including for non-healthcare personnel such as childcare facility staff.
This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

It is proved that any global minimizer of the trajectory balance objective can define a policy that samples exactly from the target distribution, and empirically demonstrate the benefits of the trajectories balance objective for GFlowNet convergence, diversity of generated samples, and robustness to long action sequenc...
